What gets you out of bed in the morning? What are your personal goals? What are your business goals? This practice reinforces our fundamental belief in unique perspectives and their incredible value. By identifying potential barriers, we formulate plans to support the life and career goals of each one of our team members. By attracting and developing the skill of diverse associates we are best equipped to exceed client expectations for exemplary service and professionalism in everything we do.

Mentorship program led by Tommy Camp, President & CEO, in partnership with Johnson C. Smith University.
Home Buying Seminars, open to the public, alongside our in-house lender, Prosperity Home Mortgage’s Lending Program.

In-House offering of the National Association of REALTORS® At Home with DiversityTM certification course led by our Director of Education and Training, Lici Fansler.
100% of our sales associates and staff have reaffirmed their commitment to fair housing by signing the REALTOR® Fair Housing Pledge.
